Please send me a link to the manual. The shift system is complex and there is no info on maintenance. Thanks- Dan dansheppard@mac.com

Expectations Overwhelmed by Reality |

This review is long overdue. One must dismount to write, and I'm disinclined to spend spare moments doing much other than riding.
At present, I've logged 8-10 K miles on the bike (two years). The bike has performed beyond expectations.
At purchase, I despaired over riding much again due to joint issues. I rode only a couple of times a week, always with discomfort and never remotely enough. I now ride daily.
When I considered e-bikes, I tried a few. Most were clunky with poor frame geometry. The Pro Connect was the first I tried that rode like a high end bike. I told myself that I would return to my regular bikes as soon as possible. After a few rides that idea was shelved.
My experience with the Wagners was and continues to be exceptional The folks at Kalkhoff are as excited about the bikes as am I. Due primarily to high usage, I've had a few issues with the motor and wiring. Repairs were completed quickly, often with a loaner supplied, and always with no charge.

Wow! It is even better than I hoped! This totally changes things! My car just sits on the driveway, while I zip around town. I'm thrilled.

It has been about a month and 200 miles so far. My commute is about 9.5 miles and makes it a lot easier on the legs.Hills and wind are not a problem anymore, it makes commuting by bike more enjoyable. I used to bike to work twice a week but now I do 4 times a week. The battery lasts about 25-30 miles on high, 50 might be do-able on low. I usually like medium to high because I like the speed. The assistance is pretty good up to 22 mph, above that I do not notice any more assistance. It is really fun!
